When you place an order through the services you are making an offer to purchase a product from us. We will accept your offer to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests and orders are subject to availability. The delivery date is when we deliver your goods. Lisa’s Florist are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform by email. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us when requesting goods are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes and we shall not be held responsible if we choose not to supply you. We will also not be responsible if a product becomes unavailable, has been updated, modified or changed or is delayed. Customers with specific requirements should speak directly with us before placing an order if any issue of the product, delivery time or specification is in any way critical.
Specification changes & product updates
From time to time our suppliers may make adjustments changes or improvements to products we supply. Due to the manufacturing process some of our products undergo it is not possible to guarantee that two products of the same type will be exactly the same. If you purchase products at a different time you further accept that the product and specifications may have changed.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and whilst we may pass on any special instructions you give us, we cannot guarantee these will either be passed on or acted on by the delivery service. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur if you miss a deliver and either have to collect this yourself.

If you wish to return your fresh flower purchase, please inform us within 12 hours by telephone for an exchange. Leave in original condition and in the original packaging. None perishable items maybe returned within 48hrs for exchange or refund. Items should be returned to:

Items missing from delivery
If you receive your delivery and it is missing any products you must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will aim to deliver any missing item within 12hours locally and 24 hours nationally.
In such case as a dispute arises, the prevailing law that shall be applied to this contract shall be English UK law.
