Welcome back to all our customers. I wanted to reassure our customers that the health of both my team and our customers is my biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation and introducing a wide variety of measures to minimise risk.

How are you following government public health advice?

Cleaning of the shop has been intensified and we regularly sanitise/wash our hands. Any of the team who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been advised to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation as this evolves.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our teams.

What’s the best way to order flowers?

We want to be able to continue offering our service as much as we can, but we need to respect certain conditions to ensure you and our staff remain safe.

  • Please either order online or by telephone where possible.
  • If you do visit the shop, we are now open to take orders inside and will endeavour to maintain a safe distance.
  • We ask that customers use contactless payments where possible

Can I order online and collect from the shop?

Yes, you can arrange to collect from store in the online checkout.

How will you deliver flowers safely to an address?

For deliveries we are operating a ‘knock and drop’ system, we will knock or ring the doorbell to alert the recipient that the delivery has taken place and then stand back two metres from the door in case the recipient answers. If no one is home we will put the flowers in a suitably safe place and leave a card.

Will you make flower substitutions if have supply problems?

Where we have been unable to source certain and specific stems due to supplier shortages at this time, we will create something equally special on your behalf using a mix of flowers we have in store.

If you’re worried about an order for any reason give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
